I will have a written plan on a lyrics sheet with specific timings for when Bridesmaids/Bride will enter to fit the song. Usually this will be my mum Mary standing at the entrance to the Aisle/Ceremony space to tell the bridal party when to walk down the aisle and to put your mind at ease.
